The First Christian Church in Rifle was started in 1904. It is an Independent, New Testament Christian Church. We attempt to follow the scripture in both teaching and practice. Jesus is our Lord and Savior!
     There have been 21 pastors. Without their tremendous dedication, the church would  have suffered. Some served many years.
     The church could not mention all of the wonderful volunteers that have helped throughout the years. Without such ministers (servants) and ministries, the church, would not have survived. 
     The building was built in 1906. With a Christian education wing, built in 1966. Since then the building has been remodeled with an addition of stain glass windows.    
     Presently, we have a wonderful and dedicated family. We would love you to join us.
